Gastronomic pilgrimage in Mumbai
Quote:
Here are some suggestions for mulund: 1. Sandeep Bar & Restaurant, Paanch Rasta: Not a 'hip' place but the food, especially the non-veg stuff is very good. Try chicken tikka masala and chicken handi. Their veg biryani is also decent. The menu price for all items is between Rs. 100-Rs.250.
2. Pav bhaji stall near Kalidas Hall, good pav bhaji. This place also has other street food stalls like bhelpuri, pani puri, vada pav etc.
3. Giriraj Bar: Another decent place serving good and moderately priced food (any dish bewteen Rs. 90-Rs.250). It is bang opposite the TMT bus stop near Mulund West. I know that you mentioned about places away from station, but visiting this road after 9PM should not be a problem. Try chicken achari tikka and Veg Kheema.
In Mumbai for few days. Any foodies looking to connect and explore??
