What good news! I am also a cult follower of place.
Had been, disappointed on visits to ‘Shere Punjab” of dadar, “Delhi durbar” of vikhroli and some other places in search of Punjabi food. but this place, recommended to me by my Bombay based cousin, was beyond imagination .Ambiance and menu plus cult followers makes this place beyond comparison.

Dear what are prevalent rates like now for simple but delicious Punjabi and other stuff they serve?

I would be pleasantly surprised if Khyber and Delhi Durbar served Shawarma but I may be wrong. They are pure Indian places (Though Khyber can pass off for North West Frontier Cuisine)
Thanks a lot guys..
I went to Picadilly last weekend.. especially for the showerma.
I realized that the one i had eaten was probably a "Mughlai" variety of it. The lebanese showerma was good, but nowhere close to what i had eaten in Nasik. I am still looking for the "Mughlai" showerma (if something like that really exists in mumbai)

I would definitely be trying out at the above joints... in my search for the perfect showerma..

Try the Showermaa at Shalimar (Md Ali Road). It is the Indianised version but packs quite a punch with a neat price tag (Rs60).
