That is why you should always book in advance but only for a couple of days initially so that if you wish to change later on then you have your options open to do so.

Cheers,
Aadil.

Don't know if the place is worth the price they are asking. There are other options nearby like the Residency Hotel (just opposite the Citibank office) for about Rs1750 or the YWCA International Center (at Colaba, just opposite the Museum) for about the same price for a double room (airconditioned with attached bath). Both these places are generally full so advance booking is very essential. Hope this helps.

Hi Aadil,

You must be the IM Mumbai hotel expert!

Following your advice, I got a reservation in the YMCA and now it turns out that a friend of mine can also organise a room at the Residency hotel. Which of the two is better? A choice in Mumbai must be rare .

Thanks for your advice.

Cheers!
