Driving from Mum - Nashik - where to stop & eat ?
hey,
i am driving from Mumbai to Nashik next week for a wine tour and staying at the vineyard. wondering what the rest stops situation was like and what good eats were recommended! have never driven on this route before.,

Bhagat Tarachand has a big restaurant on the NH3 near Vashind, which is barely an hours drive from Mumbai, depending on the time of day. Their food is very tasty and the restrooms are clean and well maintained. Several hotels at Igatpuri too which is so close to Nashik.

We stopped at Manas Resort in Igatpuri for lunch, the food was good, and after that it was only 1 more hour to Nasik. The resort is on the highway.

interesting.. thanks guys. i was ideally looking for something between here and Nashik (mid way or 1/3) lunch would be at the vineyard and im expecting to leave around 6 from Mumbai
