|  Courier/delivery Hi, I'm travelling to India for a wedding in Madras. However, I'm landing in Mumbai and staying there for a few days, then going to Goa by train. The thought of dragging a suit around with me isn't appealing so I'm thinking about bringing the suit in a garment bag and having it shipped from Mumbai to my friend who's getting married's place in Madras. There is just over a week from the time I land until the wedding. Any suggestions on the best way to get the suit from Mumbai to Madras? FWIW, in Mumbai, I'll be staying about a block from CST. All suggestions greatly appreciated. David |

| This is how I would do it - Send the garment by courier to your friend`s place in chennai though a courier like blue dart. Blue dart is the most expensive option(about double the rate of other companies like DTDC etc) but they have a very good tracking system and do one day delivery from metro to metro. That is - your garment should reach your friend in chennai the day after you courier it. you can find the approx rates here http://www.bluedart.com/index.html |
