Club Scene in Mumbai - does it exist?????

I had a very poor weekend in Mumbai recently unable to find a decent club to take a group of friends.
Everyone recommends Polly Esthers or Poison but NO ONE seems to know where they are! Can anyone enlighten me!

Polly Esthers is located in The Gordon House Hotel which is in the bylane in the middle of Regal & Cafe Mondegar or you can drive up opp the Tommy Hilfiger Outlet near the Gateway of India.

Poison is on Waterfield Road. Go up in the lane off Carter road which has the Bigass Cafe Coffee Day on the outside. proceed inwards.

Olive can also be found there but its not a club.

Enigma is located in The JW Mariott at Juhu, Squeeze is located in Bandra West as well.

you can also try Hawaiian Shack in Bandra & Colaba, Shiro in Worli, Aziano in Lower Parel, Ra in Lower Parel, Czar Bar in the Intercontinental Hotel Marine Drive, Tetsuma & Prive in Colaba

What about an expat dive bar? In Moscow, where I worked before, they have several great places.

I dont want something filled with backpackers/hippies/tourists like Leopold but just a place where lots of british and american foreigners go to drown the misery that isn't preferably in a 5 star hotel. Extra points if it has cute girls to keep me distracted as I slowly spiral downwards.

go to Indigo great restaurant and the bar is just as cool.

Geoffrey's! English style pub with polite staff and one beer on tap. As of Feb 2007. For some reason I really liked the place. I was there every day during my stay in Bombay. Other than that, there are the clubs in the JW Marriott and others in south Mumbai. More of a drinker than a dancer, so I wouldn't know much bout raves, etc.
