budget hotels with reservation?

Hello,

On 27th october I will arrive to Mumbai in the middle of the night (23:30). I was trying to find low budget(under 1500INR) doubleroom (with bathroom if possible) and make online reservation but due to lack of email adresses or hotel webpages it seems to be difficult.
I asked at Travellers inn but it is full

I think it is risky to look for a hotel after midnight. Am I right?

Do you know any budget hotels with online reservation or email address? Proximity to Colaba or railstation would be great.

Have you checked the Bentley's?

They tend to get mixed reviews here in IM and Tripadvisor.

Yes, I tried. Doubleroom is 2140 and 2490 INR but they don't accept amex credit card (it is necessary for reservation).
