Bombay Heritage Walks

I can't remember how I found out about this group, but their guided walks of different sites in Mumbai sounded interesting. I wrote to them and they emailed me their schedule for the rest of 2004 and the first half of 2005. I figured others would be interested in this, so I'm posting it here. I'm in no way connected with these people, and I haven't been on any of their outtings, so this should not be considered an endorsement. I provide their schedule for informational purposes only. Are we clear on that? :-)

That's certainly very informative and useful.

While on the subject of walks in Mumbai, there's a very interesting book titled "Fort Walks", by Rahul Mehrotra and Sharada Dwivedi. It details the various heritage walks one can undertake in South Mumbai. The photographs are a bonus. A "must" for all "walk" addicts planning to visit Mumbai !
