Sannna from what I have seen from last night Times Now and Star News seem to be quite balanced and have not seen this (housekeeping staff) at both of these till now.

Yes Zee News is saying one terrorist was a trainee chef at Taj since last 10 months but not sen it anywhere else. They are saying he (terrorist trainee chef) killed a friend (employee at Taj) and this friend had called home talking to family saying his friend shot him. You don't know what to believe.

Mridula,

This is indeed no job for ordinary police, but at the beginning of the attacks it was normal that they were first at the scene. And as I followed the events from the beginning, I must say that they did a fantastic job with their limited equipment, risking their lifes fot the safety of the population. Mumbai should be proud of their police force and their fire department.

News 24 (a Hindi channel) says terrorist (2 to 3) were waiters at Taj for a month. But again not reported across channels.

For a while there have been reports of fresh firing and explosion at Taj and a general lull in news coverage. Times Now has a 'LIVE' in red left corner of the screen but in last fifteen minutes the images are repeated.

Spike I came to know of this attack only in the morning and I am in no way critical of Mumbai Police.
