Cats are sleeping just fine We just had an ice cream.. life still goes on while the tv projects its surreal stories.

Star News reports 12 killed one arrested. Those numbers seem different to other channels.

I think the mob has actually grown!

I've just read a newsreport here that states that Israeli soldiers were helping to clear nariman. Is this true ?

Star News showing a picture of Taj and continuously saying they can't report much nor put on lights. Reporting gunfire.

um... not sure ... but certainly never saw any reports of that at all. Everything we saw was Indian.

Maybe they helped clear up afterwards? But that seemed like the army....

ok...

I am signing out for the night.

CNBC showed way too graphic images of the dead hostages at Nariman.

Time to rest. Let's hope there is no need to post in the morning.

Peace out.

Yes Jude, if that makes you happy.

Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan's body arrived in Bangalore as per NDTV, he was all of 31 years of age and got married last year. God.

I'm dismayed that this has lasted so long.

Death toll now at 160.

The PM wud have been perfectly happy to get rid of him years ago. The reason he can't be touched - he is a 100%-Gandhi-family lackey.

In this country the PM runs the govt, not the Pres.
In the 2006 Mumbai train blasts, 200-odd died. Abdul Kalam was Pres then, did you run him down as you're doing the current Pres? I think not.

I don't think you thought this one through.

Spain '04?

We do - they are called the National Security Guards.

At one point I used to work at a place that was somewhat close (many miles away) from an NSG compound. They had so many jammers that our internet reception would always be patchy (at least that is the excuse IT dept gave) and it felt vaguely annoying. Now I would say may they add 100 more jammers if it helps their cause even a bit.

Now I think the entire world will accept that NSG or MARCOS are among the best of the special forces around the globe.
