Well, I booked a few months ago to come to India in Feb 2009 for 8 weeks. And you know what? I'm still coming.

Apparently it is said that , Taj dosen't have any hostages but people are stuck inside as they were instructed not to move out until a NSG commando calls out their name and escorts them out.

First few floors are secure... but the 18th and 19th floors are proving difficult...

The first time I saw the Indian Ocean was in 1998 at Hat Khao Lak, Thailand. This place including the Restaurant and Huts were totally destroyed by the Tsunami.
In 1999 I went to Bali with a friend and we had a great time in Kuta, one night we went out to the Sari Club. This was blown up in 2002 and hundreds died. Last year, after a Bollywood shoot we went out to Leopold's Cafe and had a few drinks there and enjoyed it. Now this. I don't know what to make of this, and most would say coincidence... The people that died there (and there, and there...) could have been and maybe were (some are coming back every year) my friends, *cry* |
