anyone been to chambers at the taj?

got invited to Chambers for a drink but had to decline coz of a prior commitment.

lot of fuss about the place. i rememeber a friend stayed at the taj but they wouldnt let him in ...

Those days at least, you had to be invited to become a member.

And the fuss? Except for the fact that its exclusive, I honestly couldn't see why, but thats just me.
