Am I being ripped off?!

Hello!

I'm staying at the Venkat Presidency hotel in Navi Mumbai( http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=navi...N&hl=en&tab=wl )

They have quoted me 1200rupee to be picked up from the Airport and taken here.

Is this way too much? If so, how much do you estimate a taxi would be?

I believe radio cabs charge about 15 rps per km. What distance are we talking about? You could also take a taxi via the pre-paid booth, much cheaper. The better the hotel, the more the pickup charge.

Vashi from the airport should cost about 500/600 by taxi.

Its genuine if it would around Rs.700-800.00
