Adult Book Store

Does anyone know of any adult Book Stores or if such a thing as a red light district exists in Mumbai? Would like to buy some toys and other goodies?

It's not entirely clear from your post what you are in need of - The red light district, pornography, or adult novelty items ... or all three?

Yes, I am looking for novelty items. Didn't know about the discreet ads, but will check them out. Thanks

Talking

... LOL Good troll if ever I saw one

Er, Mumbai isn't Amsterdam, I don't think one goes looking for sex toys in its red light districts. But, be sure to take a video camera along when you go make enquiries

It must be a troll. Isn't Mumbai's red-light district one of the most famous in the world?

I think I'd rather not see women in cages...

There is a red light district in Mumbai but the likelihood of finding "toys and other goodies" is slim to none. In general, red light districts in Indian cities are seedy and degrading (to women). If you think it's like Pigalle in France or Amsterdam, it's not even close.

ObamaMama dont even attempt to go in the redlight district. For you it would be downright dangerous. People would confuse you for a seller instead of a buyer. Also the kind of things that you are looking for probably do exist in India, but all well under wraps.

Thanks for all your replies. I must admit I'm a bit offended that one or two of you are under the impression that I'm looking to "troll." My post is not misleading in the least. I am simply looking for "toys" to enjoy with my special someone. Thank you all again.

Perhaps you are simply on the wrong web community. Your IM name made me think you were from the U.S. & I was going to suggest you just bring what you want with you. But I see you live in Bombay, so you shouldn't need us to find what you want.

Shouldn't be hard to find at all no. nb The camera I suggested was not to film the women there of course, but the poster going about asking goofy questions there rather

That reminds me of a spriteful member who related having something peeking out of her handbag at customs, to some puzzled enquiries and then muffled mutual amusement of all parties involved if I recall. (It's not that long ago when one wasn't supposed to bring any "pron" into there I believe; wouldn't be surprised if technically one still isn't.)
