As the preference is saturday.. let us keep saturday at leos ...i am posting my cell no for easy co ordination 9820814092. who ever is interested can call in and i will according post those many member names in a sticky to enable others to decide. I would prefer a sms instead of a call as i could be a tad busy during the weekdays and nights too hence may be i may not come online on this site for some time.

The Plan is saturday 24th december 2005 at 7.30 pm at LEO's ... all Imers are invited.We could make things interesting by having these things.

All guys and gals who are coming should get along their cherised photos of travel experiences in India or even Digital videos for all other members to view and discuss their travel experiences over a beer.

IF any of wants to get cds of their travel logs or the video cam movies let me know i will get the LAP TOP to enable us to have an gala time

Instead of usual bade miyan.. we could brainstorm and go to a venue of every ones choice.

so lets make it happen it is a small start..

Hi Anil,

I sure will be there and will get my CD's of photos so if you have a laptop that will be great to see them on. I hope they are not too boring!!! I was also wondering if there will be a problem if we are at Leopold's Cafe as it is X'mas eve and it could be difficult to get seats for everyone there.

we ought to set the ball rolling and then the others will come with the tide...


doesnt matter if it is only one person or one hundred people we will we will rock u...

as far as fears that it is christmas eve we could always shift to other venue after meeting up at leopold

hope to see youll there ... i would be there in light military green shirtwith light peach trousers...i am sure cos i am coming straight from work , i am dark and a bit plump with light beard and ... would be there with my lap top hence dont forget the travel snaps or movie cds...

Hey amyl anil and aadil ,have a rocking time . I'll be there in spirit(while im working through out the night hehe) and IM Mumbai rocks . That's one small step for IM mumbai ,and one giant leap for Mumbai .Get the pics of the meet up online asap cheers

Hi all,

Just the two of us (Anil and myself) were there as all the others scheduled to come did not turn up but I guess who would want to spend their X'mas eve looking at travel pictures?!!! HAHAHA!!! So we met at Leopold's Cafe and had a nice time sharing travel stories and sharing some of my pictures (which were on CD's) with Anil who had got his laptop. Spent a great evening talking about travel. I guess we will have better numbers and more IMer's next time we meet. And I hope it will be soon.

i know the first so called mumbai im meet has started albiet on a low note.. but dont worry guys... i will work on it to make it a success.. the imp part is that it has started.. i have to really thank aadil who kept his word..and man what snaps he has of ajanta ellora caves shot in complete darkness with his hand held long exposure films... they are a collectors delight.. u guys missed something..

we should start compiling a data base of contact nos of all members in mumbai before we meet again..

That is a Thursday to Saturday in February so I hope you will find some IMer's to make it for the meeting then. I may be able to make it too but not till too late if it is on the weekdays. Saturday should be fine with me.
