1 night Mumbai - where to stay
I am in Mumbai for 1 night in late May 08, We arrive 3.30pm thursday & leave the next day at 7pm, should I stay at the Leela Palace Hotel (airport area) or go all the way into Taj Palace & tower. Is there things to do around the airport? Any suggestions would be much appreciated, ta.

Nothing much to do in the airport area for sure. May make sense in staying near the airport just to get to the airport in time for your flight. If you are staying in a five star hotel then you should not have a problem to hire a car to take you around on your stay in Mumbai to see the sights in the city. Though there is not much time to do a lot of sight seeing in the short time you have in the city but you should be able to see some of the special places depending on what your interests are. Normally your car driver should be able to show you a few places of interest in the city.
Cheers, Aadil.
