You could start with the Pune outlet of Fabindia -- a lot of their shops sell furniture and housewares. I'm not sure it's the "biggest" furniture store in Pune, but it's a start.
I'm sure that when you arrive in Pune, one of two things will happen. Either you will start passing furniture stores while driving around town, or you will ask folks you meet and they'll tell you where to go. A good thing for all soon-to-be expats to remember: there are OTHER people living in these cities you're relocating to. They will know stuff like where a salon is or how to furnish your apartment. |
