Question Pune question--place to live?

We are relocating to Pune soon . Place of work is in Chakan and my daughter will going to school in Wagholi. I'm looking for a place to stay that is nearer Wagholi, but not too far from Chakan. Do you have any suggestions?
Ps: I would preferably like to rent a condominium with a swimming pool and a children playground.

Welcome to IndiaMike

I've edited your thread title; general requests such as 'please answer' or 'please help' tend to get fewer responses.

Koregaon Park rocks!

I just moved to Pune last week. I'm staying in Kalyani Nagar for 1 month while my Koregaon Park flat is getting ready.
Two years ago when my husband and I were looking for an apartment to invest in, our friends and real estate agents kept insisting that we move to K park. I am soooooo glad that we did. The rest of Pune is too loud and way too conservative.

We are thinking of moving to Pune. Can you get a three bedroom or four bedroom place anywhere in the kalyani nagar, viman nagar area for 20,000 rupees. I can imagine Koregaon park is out of question or is it?

fair pricing

i guess de real estate prices should be anywhere from 4k-10k /sq.ft.
so de owner would be expecting a return of around 0.4 -0.75% on their property....
so i guess for 20k u might get a 3-4 bhk in vimannagar, but come n browse u might get lucky!

cheers!
