Pune - fitness centres/gyms?
I was thinking to start some regular exercise especially to strengthen my back but also other 'parts' (
). So I went to Talwakar, a gym in the Koregaon Park quarter of Pune. They charge Rs 225 a day if you're not a member. For a member they have slightly better options but still ranging from 1,800 Rs/month for a 3-months membership to 1,150 Rs/month for a year membership (which I can't afford right now). I find that too much given that I plan to exercise twice a week for an hour, that's about 10 hours a month, which would then still cost me roughly 180Rs fo an hour of exercising. The premises are really nice though. Clean and airconditioned, and people and staff all very polite and looking professional But does anyone know of a more affordable fitness center which is not too far from Koregaon Park?
