Srinagar or anywhere in J&K?

I think I'm the only one around here relocating to that area

My hubby to be (we'll be married in the US next Saturday) is from Srinagar originally and has his home, family, and business holdings there. The entire family has been virtually untouched by the unrest - though about 18 years ago when it was really bad, he and his first wife (another American lady) came to the US with their small kids - and should things take a turn for the worse again, we have another home in Delhi.

We'll be arriving in India sometime around the first of September.
