New Property Developments in Jaipur
I am planning to move to Jaipur in the next 3-4 years. I would ideally like to buy my own property but since I am a British citizen this seems impossible. So, one option I have is for a friend to purchase something for me that I will stay in. I have done some research and see that there are many new developments in Jaipur. Jaipur 21 looks incredible but expensive. One that is being recommended is Hanging Gardens - it is apparantly 8 miles or so out of Jaipur, and reasonable price. I know it is off the main highway from Agra to Jaipur - which seems to be incresaing in width every year! My question is if anyone either in Jaipur or with familiarity of the area knows about the Hanging Gardens development or can recommend a good alternative. I am looking for a small apartment - nothing extravagant - but in a safe building with power backup, internet if possible. Any help and guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks - Margaret

Regarding - New Property Developments in Jaipur
HI,
My husband and I recently brought an apartment in the "Hanging Gardens" Residential Development in Jaipur. The builders are Anukampa Group. If you need details for this project, you can go to the following URL http://www.anukampagroup.com/pdf/hanging%20Garden.pdf I hope this helps. Sheeba. |

Hanging Gardens in Jaipur
Thank you so much for the information on Hanging GArdens. I did actually find this brochure online - it looks like an lovely development - although quite big 600 flats I believe. One thing I am trying to determine is how far apart the buildings are - the flat my friend is buying for me to live in when I go to Jaipur is in Building G - 9th floor - there is a lovely balcony, but I am hoping it isn't just 10 feet away from the building next to it. Have you actually been onsite or seen a diagram of that is more accurate than that shown in the brochure. Which building and floor did you purchase on? Perhaps we'll get to met :-)
Best REgards and Thanks! Margaret |
