Living in Jaipur

I am planning to move to Jaipur sometime in the next 5 years. I have discovered that I am unable to purchase a property myself, so I will probably rent or possibly have a friend purchase a property that I can stay in. I have been looking online and see that a number of complexes are being built around the Jaipur area - one Jaipur 21 looks beautiful- gardens, swimming pool, gym etc and another that is much less expensive - closer to Jaipur called Hanging Gardens. Does anyone know anything about these two developments? I have very good friends in Jaipur that I love and trust implicitly, but have learned through experience that not all builders and business men can be totally honest - sometimes due to circumstances outside their control. If anyone is living in Jaipur or has familiarity with Hanging Gardens, please let me know. They are building now for completition in 2009. ALso, if any westerners are living in Jaipur I'd love to start a conversation! Best to everyone. Margaret
