Im moving to Ahmdabad but ill be looking for jobs everywhere

I would like to get to work with ngos and am planning to move at the end of Janaury, whats the process of applying for job, is it by cv and letter. Should I state my salary requirements?

I have no title but have been working in administration for years and volunteer work so wish to be a project worker for ngos. I can read up on political theory and cultural theory before I go. I ma also doing a tesol so i can teach English out if need be. I would need to be near a city as my husband is a chef.

so can you point me out to website that I can send cvs to? should i apply in the UK first?
