Coimbatore...
Anyone on here know Coimbatore? We're going to be living in Tiruppur for about a year (about an hour from Coimbatore), and want to find out whether you can get various 'stuff' (like porridge!) in Coimbatore.
Many thanks, 4gotoindia |

Coimbatore is a large industrial town with everything as far as I could tell in my short visit- including non stop noisy impossible to cross street traffic 22 hours a day.

Sure, people here eat oats. Easily available.
Cornflakes too. Weetabix is a little harder to find! ![]()

Coimbatore is my hometown although I now live in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Will be visiting my parents there between 27 Jan - 03 Feb '08. Write in if anything specific needs to be found out!
