Working in Worli, kids in ASB: where to live?

Hi

I was wondering where we should look for a house/appartment with hubbie working in Worli and kids in ASB? Bandra, Powai, Worli? Other suggestions? Since we have 2 older kids (10 and 11y, in need of freedom) and 2 younger (7 and 4y) and the 7 year old is completely addicted to playing football I find it hard to move to an appartment but I guess there is no other option? Thanks for you help and advice.

Thumbs up Powai will be bit far to travel, but you get large apartments

Hi Elles
You can get some good 5 bedroom apartments in Powai
There are good garden space in all new building blocks where your kids can play
Juhu can be a good option too, if you get a independent bungalow there. That will give your kids ample of play space with the safety of having them inside the home premises
Let me know if you need more info

Powai-Worli will be far, your husband will be travelling for hours, taking away valuable family time. Also, it's a reasonably far commute to ASB, not undoable (I do it ), but if your husband's work isn't anywhere near Powai, I would forget about it.
I don't really know Worli, but Bandra is nice. Juhu is also nice, but I think a longer commute for all family members, so probably not worth it.
Bandra is expensive, but you could consider Khar, adjacent to it. Still very nice, close to all shops and restaurants in Bandra (you can also find a lot in Khar itself), and not much further. There are lots of expats in both Khar and Bandra, so lots of friends from school for the kids.
