Short term lease WANTED

Hi there, I'll be moving to Mumbai from KL for personal business matters and need a 1 bedroom, furnished apartment lease for 3 month only. I am confused w the term Paying guest...what are the terms? Seriously need help, need to move by end June '07. All advise appreciated!

paying gues means you will be sharing the accomodation with the host family and possibly other paying guests.

And usually have a meal or two/three thrown in (well, for your money that is) and have (some of) the housekeeping done for you I think? It's a question mind, I don't know.
