Kayaking/Sailing/Canoeing

Suggestions for water sport activities in/around B'bay? This Sunday, I am looking to ideally go kayaking, but am open to other similar ideas as well.
(doesn't need to be water-based, but looking for something 1/2 chill but 1/2 interesting)

You could do a hike in Lohgad

You could also visit Vasai Fort

Run around the tracks in Mahalaxmi and gear up for the Mumbai Marathon...

A chilled out evening at Prithvi theatre...
