If you are living Mumbai where do you go ?

I'm just wondering where people are going when / or staying in Mumbai for diner.

I have been to this places:
* Apoorva (Restaurant)
* Athena (Restaurant / Lounge)
* Zensi (Restaurant / Lounge)

Maybe something also for our futher travellers to India.

Terry

We like the following restaurants:
Kamat on Colaba Causeway for South Indian food.
Trishna (seafood - a llittle expensive)
Delhi Darbar (mughlai/tandoori)
Indigo (delicious Italian fusion, but expensive).

I was a few months back in Mumbai and I went back zo Zensi but i didn't like it anymore because people just come there to be seen, and act wierd, if they are big celebs.

I will be not back anymore.

zenzi is ok. there is too much of the 'film' crowd there which turns me off.

anyway there is a bunch of places to go, i usually avoid going new places immediately just so it gives me options. in fact i didnt come to the interior of Bandra till this year so it opened up quite a few places for me to go.

On my two stays in Mumbai, I went twice to Trishna (their pepper & garlic crab is absolutely superb!) as well as to Delhi Darbar (good food but lacks some glamour)
