Hi,
ROOM AVAILABLE FROM APRIL 1st TO AUGUST 1st. VERSOVA, ANDHERI WEST My name is Monica, from Spain. I work in a NGO and by March 25th I will be transfer to the north of the country, so I am helping my flatmate to find some nice flatmate to take my room. She is 28, indian theatre actress,VERY NICE EASY GOING. The apartment has two bedrooms. "Yours" has a wardrove, two chairs, an a mattress to sleep if you want it. Nice window and two doors (one to the entrance of the apartment and other to the balcony (very nice; we spend a lot of time in it); a lot of light and air. The street is quite, with beatifull big trees. The kitche is fully equiped, and of course there is a bathroom. Through her I met a lot of actors, actresses and writers; wonderful people. I also go a lot to the theatre with them or watch them performing. The conditions are: 8000 Rs/month (each) + half electricity bill (around 200 Rs/month each) + half mate salary (she comes everyday to wash dishes, clothes and the floor) (350 Rs/month each) The room is available since MArch 26th, but you will only star paying from April 1st. If you are interested, my e-mail is msole66@yahoo.es Cheers |

looking for flatmates
Hi everybody,
I've just found two very convenient apartments in Andheri(West) - one is at Oshiwara; the other at Lokhandwala. The Oshiwara apartment comes with a rent of 23K and a 1 lakh deposit; the Lokhandwala apartment has a quoted rent of 20K with a 1 lakh deposit. Both are 1BHKs. I work in the TV industry (behind a desk). Looking for someone to share an apartment and rent with. Not particular about gender at all. (for the record, I am female). Would just like an easygoing person to share with. Anyone interested can get in touch with me at: tempestadeciel@gmail.com |

Mumbai accommodation for rent ASAP?
Hi Folks,
I'd like to rent a flat or some kind of cheap individual student/ scholar type accommodation for the next 8 months. I'm currently staying in a international scholar house in Benares..... common kitchen/ bathroom. I know the town is expensive. I'm hoping to keep the rent under 14000/ month. I don't need anything fancy but an attached bathroom and kitchen would be great. It see everyone likes Bandra. Can someone tell me why? Looking forward....... Mod Note Have moved your post here as this is the thread for accomodation/apartment/flat enquiries Last edited by brownboy66 : Apr 11th, 2009 at 16:35. |
