Hello,
I just moved to the city to start my own company and I'm looking for a place in South Bombay, preferably Colaba. As startups go, I'm on a budget and would like to ideally spend Rs. 40k to 60k for my share. I bet with 1 or 2 others we could find a decent place. I'm male, in my mid 20s, easy going, social, involved in rural development/eco-friendly space and looking for some cool folks to share a place with. I'm staying with a friend now so pretty flexible on timeline but I'd like to move in the next month or two. Drop me a line if you're interested! |

How to find a small flat/studio/private room for 7-14 days in Mumbai?
Been several times in Mumbai and started to get increasongly annoyed with hotel/lodging situation in the city.
Would love to try something different. Just wondering what are the chances to find a small flat/studio or just a double room in South Mumbai? Does this exist at all as a practice or should I forget about it. I'm planning to be in Mumbai as of 14 Feb, but our plans are easygoing, we can change, come later, travel somewhere else first and so on... Would be happy with anything from 5 to 15 days in this wonderful town. Thanks Gordan ![]() Mod Note Have moved your post here as this is a where all the flat hunting enquiries are. good luck. |

Short Stay Flat @ Mumbai
Plan to make a short stay at Mumbai - 15-25 days sometime in March-April.
Seems a far better way to know the city than a 4-5 days tourist trip (which I am making this month!). Am looking at a single room flat/studio apartment. Budget - 15K INR. Area - near CST/Marine Lines/Necklace. Is the budget/idea sensible? |

Hi,
I have an apartment at Matunga - Shivaji Park area - which is very close to Bandra. If the two of you will be comoftable sharing a room, you can occupy the bedroom equipped with home theatre, a/c etc. The flat is fully furnished and since you cook - the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, bledners, microwave etc. As regards the rent, I pay a rent of 30K for the flat - so you can probably pay me about 10 - 15K. Im 26 years male, corporate lawyer by profession and travel extensively - so am quite keen to share it with someone on a temporary basis. You can callme on 9987781598 or mail me on ruchir@nishithdesai.com if interested. Best, Ruchir |

wanted: anderi/ bandra/ juhu/ khar west 12/13k month
hi all
im moving from vashi to andheri and trying to find a flat in the next 6 weeks, preferably a little studio just for me - with a livingroom/ bedroom and a kitchen. my dream is to have one of those tiny old rickety balconied places with a bathroom outside. They are basically one big room, but full of character. that aside i just need somewhere v basic for 12/13k a month. i do nto want air con, nor do i need furnished... is this but a hopeless dream?! Any words of advice greatly appreciated... x |

looking for Mumbai flatshare Mar-May
I'm a 24-year-old American working on a documentary project and plan to live in Mumbai for 3 months, March-May. Am not certain where I need to or would want to live as my project will take me all over the city, wherever Bollywood offices and shoots are.
Am considering everywhere from Bandra to downtown (not Colaba though), but most of all am looking for a room for INR 10,000-12,000 per month. I know this is very low but I truly only need a bed, a stove, and AC... Would love to flatshare; I am relaxed and respectful and enjoy everything from nights out dancing to a quiet evening with a good book. Invitations or suggestions welcome!
