Renting in Salt Lake City

Hi all,

I'll be moving to Kolkata in September and will be working in Salt Lake City. Can anyone tell me how much I should expect to pay per month for either a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom rented flat in Salt Lake City?

Thanks very much!

Welcome to city of joy....and strike....and group theatre...and modern communism.
Rent in salt lake should be rs.5000 to 10000/- for 1 and 2 bedrooms respectively.

Thanks for that info! Would you happen to also know whether there are any other websites or listservs that expats use to look for roommates or flats?

Try website www.expatriates.com , very good
website for exptriates all over the world to find
room , room mates etc. Go to India section and then
Subsection "Calcutta/Kolkata" for finding Room,
Room mate etc in Kolkata.

Cheers
