Items for sale in Hyderabad

I do not know if I can post this, so if not I am sorry and just close my thread. If it is ok I have a 42 inch Philips flat tv with pixel plus HD for sale for $400 U.S. We have owned the tv for about 2 months. I also have an extra smaller Samsung fridge approximately 5 ft tall which I am asking $40 U.S. Please send me a pm if interested. Oh yes both in excellent condition.

Thanks
Peregrine

We do not accept advertising.

On the other hand, the occasional such post from an established member, as far as I'm concerned, gets by.

Only one mod speaking: others might disagree.

We're a bit short-staffed today: you might have sold them by the time anyone else notices!

Nick,

Some feedback for you folks:

Whilst I can see how allowing advertising can degrade user experience, a 'classifieds section' can prove useful provided we ensure it's done for non-commercial reasons. There's always a difference between sale/purchase done by agents(with a profit motive) and a sale advertised by a legit member who wants to dispose off some second hand stuff. (and given the floating population of expats that abounds this forum this might be relevant...).

[It's possible to advertise in classifieds of other websites like fullhyd.com but that's again marred by middlemen who pounce in before any earnest buyers can. Interacting with these 'agents' can be unpleasant for the seller as well.]

I have sold both items. If anyone else has items to sell you might try Craigslist. I have sold items in the states using it I am not sure why I did not think of it right away here. A lot of people do use it because I rcved a ton of responses. Thanks again Nick.
