Hi, we are moving to hyderbad,my office is going to be in banjara hills and need to see a 3 bedroom flat near to it.

This thread interests me also. Would anybody care to post descriptions of accomodations and include PRICE? Or is the specific cost off limits here? It seems I would not be the only one to want to know this.

what is your budget? you can get flats in 20-25k in and arround banajar hills

Hi,

I have an independent house in Kondapur that i want to rent out. I am mentioning this here as i am hoping that expats or other folks from indiamike forum may be better tenants than local hyderabadis in terms of maintaining the house. I am from IT and i see how my colleagues maintain houses they take on rent and i feel it will be risky trusting my house with them. Mine is a duplex 3 bedroom/3 storey house which i cannot move in as i do not have a family that size (yet). So i am hoping if someone is interested to move in and i believe they can maintain it well, then i can rent that out. It is in a gated community in Kondapur. Please let me know if interested

Hello Guys,

I am looking for a 2B Room aparment near Besant Nager bus stand. Do you recomend any agents or a broker to find an aparment. My requirements would be clean neighbourhood and no water issue, a/c, prefered unfurnished and looking for long term, ofcourse stable power.
