Hi, can anyone recommend a visa consultant in Goa? This is for a british citizen moving to Goa.

What info are you actually seeking ? You dont need a visa consultant to get an Indian Visa. The applicant can apply for the same by himself at the Indian High Commission at the Origin Country.

Is he looking for a tourist visa or a Business Visa or an employment visa ?

You need a visa before you can travel to Goa, so a consultant in Goa is not going to be a lot of help to you.

The phrase "moving to Goa" rings alarm bells. Are you aware that the Indian government does not issue visas for this, and does not permit foreigners without Indian family to "move to India" at all - only to visit for a period of time for specific purposes such as taking holidays, studying in India, or taking up an offer of employment.
