Smile pet friendly long lease/rental in Goa

Hi,
Is there anyone out there who knows of a nice pet friendly long lease / rental, preferably indefinatey in Benaulim, Cavelossim or Varca areas. A place with realistic Goan prices. One or two bedrooms, from October 2007. Somewhere quiet.

Cheers

Most rentals in India will not exceed 11 months. Although you can keep renewing them. The laws in India support long term tenants. Hence, most landlords will not give out long term leases.
