moving to Panajii?

Hy all!!! I got a job with an italian Company selling ceramique tiles in India. I'm collecting informations, because for february '07 i have to relocate somewhere in India. I already know the most of the job will be in Mumbay, so i wrote a thread to the "moving to Mumbay" section and i discovered very high renting rates (not only rent). I am now considering to rent a house/flat (?), in Panajii, that is well connected by train/air to Mumbay, not so far and, more than everything, much more quiet, unpolluted and nicer place to live.
Does anybody knows if it's difficult to find a house there, how much should i pay and hopefully how/who should i contact to start a negotiation while still in Italy?
Or would you recommend look for it while there? Which part of Panajii would be better (considering i love beaches).
Any kind of suggestion will be usefull, expecially of those who already did something similar....

p.s. oh yeah! I forgot... I'll need fast broad band internet connection. Is it a difficult and long process to get it?

I wrote a few days ago in this thread asking for informations about how is life in Panajii, if it's difficult to find a house/apartment, how much could it cost, etc. I need to relocate in India and i'll work for a big italian company selling ceramic tiles. Advices of people who live/work there or know such infos would be apreciate. Thanks Max

p.s. i saw some house offer on 99acres a few kms. west of Panajii (i think Dona Paula??? ...not sure) on the beach. Is it a good place?
