Hi guys if I bought a small property In Goa, how much money would I need to live on each month for food etc i am happy to live basically, few beers on a saturday night nothing fancy. If I bought 2 properties ( small apartments/ 1 /2 bed flats) and rented one out would I be able to live off the small amount of rent that would come in

hi
You will probably (in candolim, calangute) get between R5/8000 a month for apartment. Beer/food is cheap. give you about 200 rupees a day. Have to go easy on electric. Yes....in the season.........nothing certain in the off season.............
