Hi,
I am from the USA and have been married to my Indian wife for 4yrs. we live in Goa and have two daughters by her previous marriage. Their biological father is deceased. I am residing in India for the past 5 years and have no plan to emmigrate to US as it is so cumbersome. I want to adopt my two girls but can find no way to adopt them in India. Has any PIO out there ever adopted their step children in India?
