Accommodation near Calangute 1 year
Hiya every1,
just got back from Goa - had once again, an amazing time and have decided to move there and set up a business. Does anybody know of an apartment near Calangute/Baga/Candolim (but not in the centre) that can be rented for a year at a decent price. i am looking for price per apartment. Doesn't really need to be an apartment as such - just a room with a kitchenette will do. will be from September to the following September (including monsoon) for at least 1 year - they need to accept pets though. Any help will be greatfully received!!! |

The place we stayed at is called Mantheven Homes, have a look at the recommendation and my reply to it.
You could maybe get the place for £200-250 per month. It's a great place to stay, Max & jess are just wonderful, the place is close enough to the ssea (& everything else), yet you could sit on the lawn and think you're miles away from anywhere.

Hi Steven,
thanks for this - unfortunately we are going to be earning Indian rupees and this kind of money is out of the question. we are not going to be tourists but are hopefully setting up a business so things are going to be tight initially! |

OK, but it's maybe best to give an idea of your budget, £250 a month would seem like a low budget for a Londoner, or at least that's the way many people would think.

talking around Rs. 4000 - 8000 / month - paying less for monsoon when we have much more bargaining power. i literally just want a room with a kitchen/kitchenette and a shower. no need for aircon - fan will suffice.
and they need to accept pets. Thanks, |
