Yoga in South Delhi

Hi,

I have been sent to Delhi for three months by my company, and usually a rugby player, I thought it might be a great opportunity to try to loosen up with a bit of Yoga! I have looked online for classes near me but all the sites appear to be out of date.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I like in Shanti Niketan, RK Puram.

What about this link. All the numbers are given for each school, simply call them and screen them...

Hi Tommy,
Just thought I would add that it is also possible in Delhi to have a private tutor to come and teach you at home. I am not sure about the cost, but let me know if you are interested and I will do some research, or may be you can ask any of the tutors who take the classes.
There used to be a very popular class very early in the morning at Lodhi Gardens but that may be slightly far for you.
