Rooms available in South Delhi flat: Sept+

I have 2 rooms available in a 3 bed flat, as both my current flatmates are off to Europe from September. Rent of about 12,000pm is inclusive of our lovely maid who cooks, internet and elec (but not food or A/C if wanted). If you're a non-smoking young professional/NGO/creative you'd probably fit right in. We have a nice light living room, two bathrooms (shared between three rooms), and a small balcony area in this green and quiet semi-posh colony. I'm a British expat running a small startup, and have been here 6 months. Location is Uday Park (on Khel Goan Marg near Ansal Plaza and Siri Fort). Easy access to South Ex, Def Col, Lajpat Nagar, Hauz Khas, GKI, etc.

I'll need a room from mid October for approx. 1 month. I'll be working (volunteering) in a project near Bhogal but my budget is 10,000...Any good?

Just curious, Verseguru - is your rent around 36,000 rupees per month including your maid? Rents seem very high in Delhi if this is so, but I'm only knowing of places here where you can rent a house for around 10,000 rupees maximum!

Nuala, I don't know, my post was referring to Jaisalmer where I live! Hopefully, someone from Delhi will come along and help you out. Verseguru seems not to have looked at this Thread since posting his original Post, about three weeks ago.
