References for Broker Abhi Aggarwal?
Hi All,
We're planning a move to India in October& are looking for an apartment somewhere in South Delhi. We saw many posts on craigslist by a broker named Abhisheka Aggarwal (delhirent@gmail.com). Just wondering if anyone has used his relocation services? Any feedback(positive or negative!) would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help! |

yes but...
he says he specializes in expat relocations....and if you log on to craiglist India, you can't miss all his posts. Everyday he has a new listing. So, I thought there may be a chance....

Again a lot of people do specialize or atleast say so , have you been checking out some other sites as well to get an idea of prices and also as a resource to get in touch with more brokers... if not try
99acres.com magicbricks.com keep in mind that 90% of the times the photographs will be indicative only and a lot of the brokers tend to put a new posting everyday so that their listing is among the top ones in the search results... |

My wife and I just moved to Delhi and Abhishek showed us a few apartments (and we ended up buying some used furnishings from his family). Seems to be a very good contact for expats moving to the area. Its always helpful to try to contact a few different brokers to look at some different places and compare prices, but from my experience, i would certainly recommend abhishek.

Global Adjustments will do more than just find you a house. They will provide all sorts of settling-in help.
They will also be expensive, but I have to say that, to their credit, they passed on a couple of recommendations for services quite free.

Abhi helped me find my place in Niz West in Delhi (I moved from New York). He was really helpful, and was great at finding places that fit my budget.
I'd certainly recommend him. |
