Question about commuting to Gurgaon

My husband and I have moved to Gurgaon and are staying in a company apartment. It's OK, but we would prefer to be closer to all action in Delhi. We've heard Vasant Vihar is a nice neighborhood and close to Gurgaon. Our biggest concern is we don't want to spend more than 30 minutes commuting. If that means we stay in Gurgaon - so be it. So is it close enough (approximetly, of course) and if not, can anyone suggest other nice areas to live? And if anyone could throw some broker recommendations my way, i'd be very grateful. thanks in advance,

dwarka will be the best place that will be close to gurgaon.......vasant vihar is far enough

Gurgaon is approachable from two points..one is from the Vasant Kunj Side and other one from MG road..

I don't go to MG road that often, but I believe the traffic scene there would not be very good...however I use NH 8 (Vasant Vihar Side) and I stay 25 KM off from Gurgaon. So from my home 30 minutes is what it takes to come to Gurgaon as the road conditions are excellent now with no traffic jams or red lights..

Btw..a lot would also depend on your Budget !!

After spending the weekend looking at flats, we found a flat in Hauz Khaz. The commute isn't too bad - about 45 minutes. But we like the area a lot in comparison to Gurgaon.
