Purchase a flat?
What r the average prices of a 1/2 bedroom flat in the various parts od delhi. Now that the metro is up and running, and should be completed next year Delhi has opened up for me. I am not particular about the locality beyond the basics, reliable water, electrcity and safe. Other than that I am not particular, oh and it should be relatively close to a metro station.

Before that, are you just an expat working here? If so you're not allowed to buy property.
