Looking for Half & Half cream equivalent & organic Agave in Delhi?

Question for coffee drinkers -

Moved from the Bay Area, California to New Delhi two months ago.

I'm trying to find the equivalent of Half & Half cream/milk in New Delhi to try and recreate my California Peets coffee experience (have a stock of Sulawesi Kalosi/Major Dickason whole beans).

I live in central New Delhi - I've tried Amul's full cream from Saluja's in Khan Market but it's rarely available and hasn't worked that well when it is (the first day it's fine, then it turns oily & curdly). I've also tried the Nestle creamer powder but it isn't the same as Half & Half. And the Mother Dairy full cream milk doesn't taste quite like Half & Half either.

I've seen the Nestle Coffee-Mate liquid creamers in 0.38oz packs in hotels in India (which would be a good substitute) but don't know where I can buy them in New Delhi. Khan Market shopkeepers can't help either.

Any suggestions for liquid coffee cream (not powders)?

Second question - does anyone know where to buy organic Agave nectar as a sugar substitute in New Delhi? I've been carting bottles from Whole Foods in my airline bags and finding TSA inspection notices in the bags for my troubles.

Thanks!

The nearest thing I have found to a single cream, as I know it from the UK, is at the paneer stall in Aurobindo Place. You'll spot the paneer shop, a small stall that is always busy. It has the reputation of the best paneer in S. Delhi

Hope it's good enough!!

I haven't a clue about organic Agave nectar

For organic Agave nectar, try Health is Wealth in Defence Colony, dunno if they have a website, but review of it here --

There's also Dubdengreen in Shahpur Jat --

Not sure if they'll have half-and-half but you can mix any whole milk with cream in 50-50 proportion. Doesn't Mother Dairy make cream? Might be better than Amul.

Thanks for the suggestions, KateW & namaste_cat! Will try the paneer shop in Aurobindo and the organic food store in Def Col.
