In dire need of accomodation in South Delhi

Hello all,

I'm Leila, 26 from Belgium and currently living in Chennai.

I will need to be in South Delhi for two months, May and June.

I tried searching for a pg accomodation, but I didn't find anything suitable for my needs (private room,AC,24h metro water).

I should be there in 3 weeks, and I'm desperate

If anyone knows about anything, please get in touch with me! Many thanks!!!!

Hiya...

Have you checked out "magicbricks.com" and "99acres.com"

Do look for no broker options too - you just might get lucky...!

Also, it might not be a bad idea to NOT tell the brokers you might be dealing with that you want the PG for just 2 months.

Happy Hunting...!

Cheers...!

Hey Solo_trekker!

Thanks for the advices!

I would rather not use the services of a broker though, i'm there for 2 months only so giving a whole month or month and a half for the commission is too much on my budget...

I've checked 99acres,magicbricks,sulekha,et c...No luck

Not a single PG suited my needs...As in, not on the other end of town, not sharing with 3 other people, not without AC...

But the tip about not telling it's just for 2 months might help actually Thanks!!!

Maybe try craiglist?

If you're still looking you could try posting an ad outlining what you are looking for on craigslist.org [make sure you select India and then Delhi - I think it defaults to Bangalore first when you choose India]. Over the last few months, it appears that the property sections there have been getting more and more activity.
