Wasp nest removal recommendation?

Mach, in some places in India they put a freshly cut onion on a wasp sting, apparently eases the pain almost instantly. Not first hand info mind you.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind I think cucumber slices help too (they do against nettle stings), but, had none lying around. Onions on the other hand should normally be readily within reach.

Funny thing is I cannot at all think of the word you meant to use . And me an Englishman too!

Sorry about the sting. Last one I had was as a child; it was right on the top of one ear, and it hurt in hot weather for weeks afterwards.
