Wanted: Teaching in Thai Language in Chennai

Good morning everyone

I'm seeking a person that can teach me spoken Thai on the English/Thai platform, i.e. the teacher must be able to speak english well.

I'm beginner, but know few words. My wife is from Thailand and I'm from Denmark working here in Chennai.

Anyone that know of person willing to do this. The classes need to be in the evenings.

All the best
Martin

Sawat dee ka! I don't think there's much of a Thai community here. I speak Thai (well, to a degree) and the only people I chat with run a Thai food stall in one of the food courts in Spencer Plaza. Is your wife here with you? Chok dee, ka!

Thai course on line

A friend of mine in Bangkok has developed an on-line course to learn Thai. Here's the link:

Oddly enough, as I was typing this message a song by AB Normal (their big hit from 2008) came up on my ipod shuffle.
