You know, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but methinks he deserves the benefit of the hook. Troll is the proper adjective, is it not Nick? Or, is it Noun?

I think troll is only a noun.

Could be different in Thailand, of course?

Pls xcuse me for having online access only occasionally
and producing some typos cuz of my age
it should read: do not and do, the mod could have corrected it?

I still need to go through the many valueable posts in this forum regarding retirement to get educated, true -but I think this subject is for many, so your responses are needed - if you call me troll or anything else, its your choice-lol

To me troll is something like that, which happened in chennai
long before this thread started
Online Marriage Fraud Is Booming In India, pose as NRI
http://www.nriinternet.com/Marriages...India/2007/702
_Cyber_frauds.htm

But see my point is different,
my rough financial calculation for average EU based males is
( acc. to newspapers figures for richer countries):
Avarage pension male at 65 yrs U$ 1800 * 12 per year icl. health insured except dental costs, medications etc
That goes into
Rent, energy 750 p. mo
Food, clothing, car rest p. mo

But if someone moves u to a home for elderly,
if he insits u are a troll, crackpot, etc costs avarage U$ 3000 per mo
anyone like family member, police, judge can move u in, once there ur without rights, ur pension, ur savings, ur properties are taken by the gov to pay for their skilled labour, nurses, etc at a home, with twin bedroom, taxes paid

Alternatively, if one can still take care for urself, move to 3rd world country, get perhaps married there, have a
wife or servant - who cares for you, have a bright life, live much longer than at home . If Rockefeller does it, no one argues about it- if u, as nameless fool aims at it- yure a troll?

Poor indians pay U$ 200 at Varanasi for wood to get their funeral, in waiting row. Other poor indians are put on the street by their families for the end. If u “escape” to 3rd world country u “may” live indoors with TV, wife or servant and enough food to go by.

No need to think urself a maharaja with bharatnatyam queen, it will happen to u if u deserve it.

Fine. You are, of course, sadly right about the state of retirement in Europe.

However, before considering India, come and spend a period of time here.

There is no point in discussing anything else unless you do.

I have nothing more to say.
