Need a flat or agent/book club

I thought I posted this Sat...Hmm, guess it pays to check.
Arrived on the 24th and am working Velachery-Tambaram Main Road. Need to find a flat (anyone vacating a 1 or 2 br? Need A/C, overhead fan, hot water, but doesn't have to be too fancy.) Furnished would be good, though, as I have a yr. contract. It does not have to be in Velachery by any means.

Also looking to trade (Eng.) books--India, classics, historical fiction, travel--is there a book club? I work M-F nights, but would be willing to organize one for 1 Sat. or Sun./mo.
